Can I use IdeasToDone on multiple devices?

Yes, you are free to use IdeasToDone on as many devices as you like. You can use IdeasToDone on your Mac desktops and laptops running Mac OS X and Windows PC’s (laptops and desktops). We will be introducing a companion app for mobile smartphones and tablets in the future. The release date is yet to be determined. All features may not be available on all mobile devices due to screen size and other considerations.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy subscriber.

Is IdeasToDone available for mobile smart phones and tablets?

We will be developing an IdeasToDone companion app for mobile smart phones and tablets running iOS and Android. Due to the limitations of the smaller screen size for phones, there may be certain features that may not be available on the phone and tablet versions, or in some cases may be limited or altered from the desktop and laptop versions. These may include the Task Calendar and the number of nested levels that can display on the phone, for example.
