Finally! An Unrivaled Task Management App for Mac, iPad & iPhone

July 24, 2023 – We’re pleased to announce that our app, IdeasToDone, has been approved and is now available for Pre-Order on the App Store and Mac App Store. IdeasToDone will be available on August 1.

IdeasToDone is a new and powerful to-do list, task management, and planner app for Macs, iPads, and iPhones.

With IdeasToDone, you can set goals, plan, organize, prioritize, manage, and schedule everything you need to achieve your goals for each area of your life. More details are available on our website at https://ideastodone.com.

This screenshot shows the Project Directory and a Project List. The Project Directory can be organized into folders and sub-folders representing different areas of one's business, work, and personal life. A Project Folder can contain other folders and unlimited project lists. Each Project can contain unlimited tasks and nested levels of tasks and sub-tasks.

There will be two versions of IdeasToDone that will run on all of your Macs, iPads, and iPhones (no device limits or per-device fees):

IdeasToDone Basic is the Free Forever version.

IdeasToDone Premium will be available via a subscription for $2.99 per month or $29.99 annually. Each of these subscriptions includes a 1-month free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.
