In this section, we’ll provide answers to common questions you might have regarding the IdeasToDone app.

Is IdeasToDone available for Windows devices?
No. IdeasToDone is not available for Windows devices.
Is IdeasToDone available for Android devices?
No. IdeasToDone is not available for Android devices.
Is there a web-based application for IdeasToDone that runs in a web browser?
No. A web-based version of IdeasToDone is not available at this time.
Is there a limitation as to how many Inboxes I can have?
No. There is no practical limit to the number of Inboxes you can have. The only real limitation is the amount of storage you have available on your device(s) and your iCloud.
Is there a limitation to the number of Projects I can have?
No. There is no practical limit to the number of Projects you can have. The only real limitation is the amount of storage you have available on your device(s) and your iCloud.
Is there a limitation to the number of tasks I can have?
No. There is no practical limit to the number of tasks you can have. The only real limitation is the amount of storage you have available on your device(s) and your iCloud.
Is there a limit to the number of nested levels of tasks and sub-tasks I can have?
No. There is no practical limit to the number of nested tasks and sub-tasks you can have. There is also no arbitrary limit placed by IdeasToDone in your subscription or design of the app regarding the number of nested levels of tasks and sub-tasks you can have. However, in extreme cases, you might be impacted by the width of the device you are using. For example, on an iPhone in portrait mode, you may need to turn your phone into landscape mode to see more than 6-7 levels deep.

Is IdeasToDone available via a monthly subscription?
Yes. IdeasToDone is available with a monthly subscription. Please go to the App Store for details and to subscribe.
Is IdeasToDone available via an annual subscription?
Yes. IdeasToDone is available with an annual subscription. Please go to the App Store for details and to subscribe.
How many devices are supported with the monthly or annual subscription?
Your subscription to IdeasToDone allows you to run IdeasToDone on any devices that are set up with the Apple ID that you subscribed under. So for example, if you have two iPhones, an iPad, an iMac, and a MacBook Pro that are under the same Apple ID, they are all supported with a single subscription.
Is there a subscription available for a single device such as an iPhone or MacBook Pro?
There is only a single monthly or annual subscription. It covers a single device or several devices purchased under a single Apple ID.
This section covers common questions you might have regarding the privacy of your data.
Where is my IdeasToDone data stored?
Your IdeasToDone data is stored on your Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, Macs) and in your iCloud account.
This includes all of your Inboxes, Projects, Templates, and related Tasks. This also includes your Calendar, Dashboards, Organizers, Settings, and related app data.
IdeasToDone does not have a separate server that stores your IdeasToDone data.
This section will have answers to commonly asked questions that are not pertinent to the other sections above.
